FEES BASED ON BASIC SERVICE REQUEST

STANDARD SERVICES FEES:

Notary Services Fees (Established by State of California):
  • Take an acknowledgment ($10.00 fee per signature)
  • Administering an oath with jurat ($10.00 fee per signature)
  • Certify Copies of Power of Attorney ($10.00 fee per signature)
  • Taking a deposition ($20.00 fee per signature)
    • Administer oath of witness ($5.00 each)
    • Certificate to the deposition ($5.00 each)
  • Taking a proof ($10.00 fee per signature)
  • Protests ($10.00 fee per signature)
    • Recording Protest ($5.00)
    • Serving notice of nonpayment ($5.00)
Ten dollars ($10.00) is the state-regulated standard fee charged per signature notarized .
A travel discounts may apply when 15 or more signatures notarized with one visit.

TRAVEL and SERVICE FEES:

OC #1 Notary does not maintain an office that is open to the public.
A mobile notary strictly.

Basic charge are based on travel time + travel cost.

Mileage is based on Mapquest results

  • Miles from 0 to 5 is $25 + $1.00 mileage and signature fee.

  • Miles from 6 to 10 is $30 + $1.00 mileage and signature fee.

  • Miles from 11 to 15 is $35 + $1.25 mileage and signature fee.

  • Miles from 16 to 20 is $45 + $1.50 mileage and signature fee.


ADDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Weekend and evening rates are an additional $10.00 fee.

First 15 minutes included in Travel Fee (Normal time needed to complete Notary Service),
$15 per 15 minutes forward, START TIME BEGINS UPON ARRIVAL.
Call for quote or referral for outside of Orange County.

LOAN SIGNING:

Loan document signing services available.
The signing rates range between $75 TO $300.
Based on document needs. Download and print services are available.

All shipping and mail fee are additional fees and the responsibility of the client

Loan document fees can be negotiated based on number of signatures and services required.
